Orders placed through our website will ship within 5-7 business days. Tracking information, along with your invoice, will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 1-2 business days. If you have questions, please email our Customer Care team at customercare@vivienliberty.com for additional assistance.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina by shipping partner (USPS, UPS, DHL) unless otherwise specified. The wholesale account customer will be responsible for paying all shipping and freight costs relating to your orders. Freight charges are applied to the invoice and charged at time of shipping.
