Once an order is placed, it is unable to be canceled or modified.

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on your order, for a limited time only. Exclusions: Offer only valid for shipping rate values less than $20. Free Shipping will be sent using a standard shipping method. If you need your order sooner, we encourage you to select an expedited shipping option.

Vivien Liberty iPhone Cases are made to order for your device model and need 7-14 business days of processing before they ship out.

Vivien Liberty orders need 2-3 business days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

For items marked as "backorder" “pre-order”, please check the ship-out date on the product page.

Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays (including Black Friday week), new product launches, and sales.


Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

iPhone cases are made to order for your device and are not eligible for returns.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order. We will credit you once your return has been received.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
